The meeting was called to order by Mayor Marasco at 7:10 P.M.

Vice Mayor Arnold led the Pledge of Allegiance and the council had a moment of silence

Roll call indicated all council present with the exception of Councilman Spruill.

A motion to adopt the agenda was made by Ms Williams, seconded by Mr. Witt.

A discussion on the budget ensued.

Ms. Williams made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 P.M. seconded by Vice Mayor Arnold.  All in favor.
