The meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Arnold at 7:02 P.M.

Vice Mayor Arnold led the Pledge of Allegiance and Councilman Spruill gave the invocation.

Roll call indicated all council present with the exception of Mayor Marasco.

Present in the audience were Mary Marasco, George Marasco and Elaine Bilow.

A motion to adopt the agenda was made by Ms Williams, seconded by Mr. Spruill.

A motion was made by Ms Williams, seconded by Mr Spruill to accept the Memorandum of Decision as presented by Mr. Jaywork.  The vote indicated   Arnold, Spruill and Williams in favor, Mr Witt not voting.

A motion was made by Mr. Spruill, seconded by Mr. Witt to adjourn business meeting and move to Workshop meeting.  All in favor.

Mr . Ed Wynn of Davis Bowen and Friedel gave a presentation of services his company could offer to the town .  He suggested that the town prepare an ordinance to allow any engineering fees to be passed on to the developer.

A discussion on the budget followed.

Chief Manuszak   suggested that the town look  into employee use of cell phones while driving town owned vehicles. He would contact other departments to see if they had any policies in effect.

Ms. Williams made a motion to adjourn at 8:09 P.M. seconded by Mr. Witt.
