2/17/10 Comprehensive Plan Workshop

Meeting Called to Order:   7:34 PM 

Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 3 Review:
            Don thought the chapter was well written.  The Town may have a problem with our sewer outflow west of the railroad tracks.  Don will send B.J. an e-mail to check with the CWSWA and potentially add this to the plan. 

Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 5 Review: 
The Committee discussed what is a good ratio of town to open space, we are at 1%.  We do not think the 70 acres of vacant land is correct, does this include the Abbott Farm?  We need to communicate with B.J. to confirm if this is correct.

            We did not have the maps to review, B.J. did send them the day before the meeting, we did not check his e-mail before the meeting and therefore we were not able to review, as there is no internet capability at the Annex Meeting Hal.

Don will contact IPA and request that they submit our annual report to the State.  Do we need to submit one for 2009?
