NEW BUSINESS:

The Greens at Wyoming Variance for Lot #114:  This issue is awaiting approval for the owner to close on the unit.  Gregg Scott with Scott Engineering attended the meeting to explain what happened.  The Committee agreed that the proper controls for measurement should be established before there are any new starts out of the Greens at Wyoming.  Miss Freeman (has a contract on the Unit) should be notified that the Board of Adjustments has the final decision on the approval of the variance request.  After Scott Engineering defines a resolution between them and the other surveyor company, Scott Engineering will give this info to the Town.
This Committee agreed that it is not our responsibility to formulate a final opinion regarding the approval or disapproval of the above variance request due to the old ordinance which governs The Greens of Wyoming.  The Committee has agreed to recommend the above action plan to the Board of Adjustments to assure that this will not happen again.

Motion to Forward the above Recommendation:  Kelly C.
Second:  John D.
Unanimously approved

Lot #14 Mechanic Street Subdivision:  The Owner of Lot #14 is looking to feel out the Committee and our opinion regarding splitting Lot # 14 into 2 equal lots.  This topic was discussed briefly and determined that we could consider this when a more formal presentation/request is offered.

OLD BUSINESS:

W.B. Simpson Parking Lot:

Motion to Recommend Preliminary Approval of the Proposed site Plan:  Dave S.
Second:  Jack F.
